Who we are

Regovant LLC ("Regovant", "we", "us") is a Wyoming company that helps businesses register with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and acts as their U.S. Agent. This policy explains what information we collect through www.regovant.com and our services, and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, job title, email, phone and company.
• Registration details: facility name and address, D-U-N-S, FEI and FDA numbers, product information and emergency contacts.
• Order details: the services you buy and your billing details. Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: what you send us by form or email.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

How we use it

• To file your registrations with FDA and act as your U.S. Agent.
• To reply to you, send receipts and remind you about renewals.
• To take payments and prevent fraud.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We use your information because we need it to provide the services you asked for, because the law requires it, or for our legitimate business interests. We only send marketing emails if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

• FDA, as needed to file your registrations and listings.
• Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, database, email and payment providers. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your cart on your own device so it is still there when you return. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep client and payment records for 7 years for legal and tax reasons. We keep inquiries that do not become orders for 2 years. After that we delete or anonymize the data.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and trusted providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@regovant.com and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Our services are run from the United States, so your data is processed there.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and email active clients about important changes.
