Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms apply when you use www.regovant.com or buy services from Regovant LLC ("Regovant", "we", "us"). By placing an order, paying, or sending us registration details, you accept these terms.
2. Our services
We help businesses with U.S. FDA registrations, listings, label reviews, FSVP, Prior Notice and export certificates, and we act as U.S. Agent where required. Our work is administrative and advisory. We work on U.S. FDA requirements only.
3. Not FDA, not a law firm
Regovant is a private company. We are not part of, endorsed by or acting for FDA. FDA makes all regulatory decisions, and we cannot guarantee any outcome. Registration is a legal requirement, not FDA approval of your products. We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide is legal advice.
4. How an order works
Work starts after we receive full payment and the information we need. You must give us accurate and complete information. Delays caused by missing or wrong information are your responsibility.
Usual timelines after we have everything we need:
- Food facility registration: 1 to 5 business days
- Cosmetic facility registration: 2 to 5 business days
- Medical device or drug establishment registration: 3 to 7 business days
- Product listings: 2 to 3 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. FDA system outages and reviews can cause delays.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our website in U.S. dollars and are due in full when you order, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept card payments through Stripe and payments through PayPal. Our prices do not include fees charged by FDA or third parties, such as FDA's annual device establishment fee. We will tell you about any such fee before it is incurred.
6. Yearly services and renewals
U.S. Agent service and registration support are provided for the period you pay for, usually 12 months. We remind you before renewal is due. If you do not renew, we may withdraw as your U.S. Agent, and your FDA registration may lapse.
7. Refunds
- Before work starts: full refund if you cancel before we file anything with FDA, name ourselves as your U.S. Agent, or prepare documents.
- After work starts: no refund, because FDA filings cannot be undone.
- Our mistakes: if something goes wrong because of an error on our part, we fix it at no cost. We may also offer a partial or full refund.
We do not refund for wrong or incomplete information you gave us, FDA action caused by your products, or delays caused by FDA, customs or other third parties. Send refund requests to info@regovant.com.
8. Your responsibilities
- Give us true, complete and current information.
- Make sure your products and labels meet U.S. law.
- Answer our questions promptly.
- Tell us about changes to your facility, products or ownership.
We may stop working for you without a refund if you give us false or misleading information.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, FDA refusals, import alerts, detentions, or delays outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as FDA system outages, changes in the law, natural disasters or internet failures. We will tell you and continue as soon as we can.
11. Confidentiality and content
We keep your information confidential and share it only as needed to provide our services or when the law requires it. See our privacy policy. Our website content, templates and documents belong to Regovant and may not be copied without permission.
12. Ending the service
Either of us can end the service by written notice. You pay for work done up to that date. If we stop acting as your U.S. Agent, we will tell FDA, and you will need to appoint a new U.S. Agent right away.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in place when you place them.
